Any Negatives About Bodyweight Burn?

If I had any complaints about the program, it would be that I would have liked to have seen each complete workout put in a video to follow. All the individual exercises have their own videos, but they are not put together so that you can just watch one video all the way through for the entire workout.

I am sure Adam and Ryan did this so that the video files were more easily downloadable, but it would have been nice to just watch one video and follow along to it to the end. Once you get the hang of the exercises, however, it isn’t necessary to watch the videos anymore.

I also would have liked to have seen more “done for you” meals. While you are given instructions on what foods to eat (there is a list of foods segmented by type to choose from), how much of each food to eat, and how often to eat, it is nice to not have to think about it sometimes and just follow an already made menu. You are given a sample meal for each day, but I would have liked to have seen some more.

If you’ve never fasted before, then the 24 hour fast days will probably be difficult to get through. However, they will help you get to the weight you want to be at faster and if they are really too much for you to handle, then you can always swap them out for low carb days (just know your progress may be slower, though).

Conclusion

Overall, Bodyweight Burn is a complete fat loss plan and is perfect for those that don’t have a lot of time to go to the gym or exercise, but still want to get lean and fit.

After having gone through the program thoroughly, it’s clear that the authors put a lot of time and thought into developing the workouts and meal plans so that together they maximize your fat burning potential.

Truth be told, I haven’t followed the diet part of the plan very closely (I’m more interested in maintaining my current physique and the body-weight workouts for when I don’t have time for the gym than I am about losing weight), so I don’t have any weight loss results of my own to give.

However, after reviewing the diet, seeing other testimonials with before and after pictures, as well as actually doing the workouts myself, I am pretty certain that if you stick with the plan that you can expect to lose about 1 to 2 pounds of fat per week or 21 pounds by the end of the 12 week program.
