Ingredients:

 

Blend 1 ½ oz baby spinach, 1 banana, 1 chopped apple, 3-5 stemmed fresh mint sprigs, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 cup water, and 1 cup ice in a blender for 1-3 minutes. Add 1 tsp cacao nibs and blend an additional 10-30 seconds. This will leave some of the nibs intact, which gives the smoothie a slight crunch. 

Ginger Lemonades
